Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the business - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints - Conduct employee orientation and ensure new hires are properly trained - Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service - Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees - Oversee shift management and ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts Top candidates will have the following qualifications - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a food and beverage or customer service environment - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proven ability to effectively supervise and manage a team to be responsible - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions We offer competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
