We are located in Port Royal, South Carolina.
The majority of our furry, flighted and wild friends come to see us because they are sick or injured.
We are seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment with at least 2 years in the veterinary industry.
Have a good understanding of vaccination protocols and animal medical terminology.
Previous experience as a veterinary technician or assistant is a plus.
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Must be a problem solver, be continually upbeat during a busy shift, an excellent listener and able to multitask.
Technology skills are vital as you will be using custom software Avimark to book appointments, track client conversations, process payments and receipts and operate a multi-line phone system all while striving to make a stressful client visit a satisfactory event.
